Engineered to recall and display the last shading level and function, this contemporary appliance toasts to exact standards every time. Change the shade level using the dial that adjusts from 1-7 settings for precise browning. Using the one-touch motorized control, you can raise or lower bread at the touch of a button. The extra-wide 1 1/2" slots feature interior racks that self-adjust, centering the rack width to keep thick or thin slices of bread, bagels, pastries or English muffins upright for even toasting.

The unique bagel function on this toaster reduces power 50% on one side of the heating element to gently brown the outside of a bagel, while toasting the inside, preventing over-cooking. With the defrost button, frozen pastries are heated inside and toasted to perfection in minutes. Also features a cancel button to stop the toasting process. Cord wraps underneath the base for convenient storage. Removable crumb tray is dishwasher safe.

This toaster lasted 2-1/2 months before it died. The button to lower and raise the toast stopped working. Because it was used in an office of 10 people, the warrenty did not cover it. I thought I was getting a quality produce because I have a Kitchenaid mixer.

I use this toaster daily and it works well every time. I especially like having the button instead of a lever. It automatically holds the item in the center for even toasting. The bagel and reheat functions are also both very useful.

This is one classy, beautiful toaster and looks impressive on your counter. This toaster is worth the little extra and works perfect. A great size too, not counter hogging, it will add to the look of your kitchen. Love that it doesnt have one of those squeaky shove down levers, it will take your toast down automatically with the push of a button.
It does a wonderful job toasting and uncomplicated. I am glad I made this choice after looking at toasters at retail stores, were everything was affordable, but sad looking and cheaply made.
The beep is loud, but not life ending. Dont hover over the toaster, and it's not too bad. I promise you wont confuse it with a fire alarm. You'll just know for sure your toast is done! :)
